Am I required to store long-term?
No long-term contracts are required. Our leases are month-to-month, and we prorate rent by the day during both your move-in and move-out months. That means you only pay for the exact days you store—giving you maximum flexibility.
How do I pay my storage bill?
We offer a secure online payment portal where you can pay using a credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. For added convenience, payments can also be made over the phone or in person during office hours. We provide mail-based invoicing as well, and customers may pay by check or money order if preferred.
What types of parking do you offer?
We offer indoor and outdoor parking options for RVs, boats, and vehicles. Please contact our Manchester or Ipswich facility for current availability and space details.
Do you offer moving tools?
Yes. Complimentary dollies and hand carts are available on-site to make loading and unloading easier.
Do I need a climate-controlled unit?
